Course Objective:
The programme is aimed at those in roles supporting adults in roles that exercise autonomy and judgement within limited parameters, such as Senior/Social Care Workers or Senior Support Workers. Healthcare Assistants Care Workers Domiciliary Care Workers Support Workers in primary care Supportive Living environment.
Course Delivery:

This qualification, which focuses on and assesses your practical competencies; this is delivered via self-directed study (for example producing plans, observations and reflections).

An assessor will visit the candidate at their workplace once a month for a minimum of 2 hours. Observations will be agreed between the learner and assessor and it is the responsibility of the learner to liaise with their employer for this to take place within the workplace

Learners will be required to spend 4- 6 hours a month completing knowledge and reflective reports.
