Assessors & Trainers
Health & social care, childcare, management, business administration and customer service. Occupational experience first, teaching qualifications supported.
Tutors & Employability Coaches
Working with 16–19 learners and adults on essential skills, confidence and routes into work.
Learner Support
Helping learners with additional needs get the most out of their programme, alongside their assessor.
Business Development
Building relationships with employers across Mid Wales and matching them to the right training solution.
Administration & Quality
Learner records, funding compliance, awarding body paperwork and internal quality assurance — the work that keeps everything defensible.
Associate & Freelance Trainers
Specialists who deliver bespoke commercial courses for us on a sessional basis.
What we look for
- Real occupational experience. You’ve done the job you’d be teaching, and you can bring it into the room.
- Patience and encouragement. Many of our learners are returning to study after a long gap. How you make them feel matters as much as what you teach.
- Organisation. Work-based learning runs on good records and kept promises.
- Independence. A lot of the work happens out on employers’ sites, so we need people who manage their own diary well.
- Welsh language skills are welcome — valued but not essential for most roles.
Roles involving contact with learners are subject to the relevant DBS checks and satisfactory references.
